Although there are currently no photos of the first floor, on the first floor there is a large full kitchen, a small area to chill out and watch TV and a lovely full bathroom tiled in gorgeous green-blue tiles. I will update this listing as soon as I receive photos for this space. On the second floor is the bright and comfortable bedroom with a terrace. There is a second full bath in white and beige with a tub and terrace looking out over the city. The house is wired for security cameras and for a solar panel to the bathroom upstairs. It also has 2 water tanks, so there is always plenty of water. The water pipes are 2 inches wide to ensure good drainage and minimal clogging. This house is priced to sell. Even though is a well-built and beautiful home for one or two people, there is an issue I must disclose to you. The house is registered as a garage at town hall and since it is in the historic district, was not allowed to be modified into a 2-level house. Unfortunately, the engineer I hired to oversee the renovation of the space did not tell me that it couldn’t be turned into a house, let alone 2 levels. As a result, on paper, the house is said to be worth 50,000 euro. I am not able to finance the purchase of the home and must receive payment in full. I am selling this house for 45,000 euro.
