For sale or rent for solar energy use, due to retirement. 366 hectares of agricultural land a few kilometers from Consuegra (Toledo). The property is located next to the Autovía de los Viñedos (Vineyards Highway), within the municipality of Consuegra and 10 km from the town. It consists of a group of plots totaling 366 hectares. Of these, 260 hectares are dryland arable land, 26 hectares are trellised vineyards, and the remaining 74 hectares are bush vines. All of them have belonged to the same family for over 100 years. The property has three water supplies: two concessions in the Guadiana basin, with authorization for 7,000 m³, and one concession in the Tagus basin with authorization for 45,000 m³, all of which are valid. Vineyards: The vineyards are divided into trellised and bush vines. All the bush-trained grapes are of the Blanca Airen variety. The trellised vines are divided into 22 hectares of Blanco Airen and 4 hectares of the Tinto Tempranillo variety. The total production of all varieties, depending on the year, is approximately 350,000 kg of grapes. There is a delivery quota of 400,000 kg at the Castillo de Consuegra Cooperative. Cereals (wheat and barley): The majority of the dryland arable land is divided between wheat and barley, with occasional pea plantings (depending on subsidies). The annual cereal harvest reaches approximately 450,000 kg. Farmhouse and building: The farmhouse, consisting of two courtyards, a house, and an old dovecote, comprises 600 square meters. It has its own well with a submersible pump (5 hp) and solar panels. Two adjoining buildings, forming a single 1000-square-meter space, house the machinery and implements. Machinery: To carry out agricultural work, the farm has three tractors: one larger John Deere and two smaller ones, a New Holland and an Ebro. All are capable of pulling the two trailers, with a combined carrying capacity of 10,000 kg. One of the trailers is equipped with a front-end loader. There are also various implements, including a seeder, roller, fertilizer spreader, sprayer, etc. To facilitate worker mobility, there are three vehicles: two Land Rovers (a Defender and a Freelander) and a third, a Nissan pickup truck, which is not currently registered and is used only on the property. The irrigation system consists of two solar panel arrays: one with 24 panels (adjustable to the sun via GPS) that power a 7 HP submersible pump, and another solar array next to the house with 15 panels that powers a 5 HP submersible pump, also adjustable. It has been owned entirely for over 100 years.
