The property is located on the N. coast of Honduras. About 10Km east of La Ceiba, and 2Km west of Sambo Creek. The property has been raised above the groundwater table, cleared, fenced and supplied with a piped in water distribution system. It has approximately 110 feet of beachfront, and is approximately 330' back to the old British rail line. There is a coco-palm tree; Almond tree. Nance tree, Spanish Apple (Pera de Agua). A large eucalyptus, and a huge Mango Tree. It has an all-weather road from the main Highway (1Km). It is covered in grass and slopes gently from the raised RR bed to the beach. There was a small cottage that burned in a fire. There still remains a concrete structure: foundation, floor, and walls with septic, that could possibly be used again. Excellent views to the west and Cayos Cocinos Islands to the N.E.
