The property is located in the small and quiet region of Molise (central Italy) in the district of Sugliaturo, municipality of Palata (Google maps coordinates: 41.9046890 14.8038620). The land is currently cultivated with wheat in rotation with sunflower, sulla coronaria and chickpea. On the land, there are olive trees and buildings. The Molise aqueduct crosses the farm with very good water from the Matese sources. The property is located 20 minutes from the sea from the Molise coast and lends itself to a wide variety of uses. For example, it is suitable for accommodation activities such as farm holidays: it would suffice to renovate the buildings by including a beautiful swimming pool. The details of the buildings are as follows: There is a 100 m2 rural house which can be retrofitted.
