In addition to being a licensed Realtor, I am also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. When assisting Sellers I always aim to get my client TOP-DOLLAR for their home. When assisting my Buyer clients my sole purpose is to help them find the best property, at the best price, with the least amount of hassle.
