This Canadian-national owned property comprises two adjacent identical plots of land located in a classy neighborhood of Entebbe town, with a view that overlooks the scenic Lake Victoria, along a smooth asphalt road that is lit at night by solar-powered light poles. The property’s neighborhood is located some 10 minutes away from Entebbe International Airport, all the way through smooth asphalt roads. Entebbe, in general, consists of lush-green boulevards, and is home to pristine hotels and restaurants, mostly in view of the Lake, two modern shopping malls, a first-class golf course, a sailing club, a zoo and a botanical garden. Entebbe water front is where boats fare across the nearby equator to Ngamba Chimpanzee Sanctuary Island, as well as the Sissi Islands, one of Africa’s untouched natural destinations. Uganda, as a whole, is rich of national parks and natural reserves, and an expansive body of fresh-water lakes, as well as Africa’s second highest mountain ranges. The two plots offered, both being covered by a single title deed, are each measuring 845 square meters (14 x 60 meters). The title deed is under the customary 49-year government lease system, that is automatically renewable for similar periods, and subject to the payment of an annual ground rent of $250, payable to Entebbe Municipality.
