Our small guesthouse is located on a 20 hectare property with a jungle, its own water source, a small waterfall, lots of animals and wonderful plants. Guest house and separate house, fully furnished. The guest rooms have TV, WiFi, some with AC, some with fan, bathroom with hot water. Both have terraces and a large parking lot. Since we have our own water, we have a natural water pool and a large basin with koi and other ornamental fish. Our house has a large living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, storage room, laundry terrace and bodega, internet and cable TV. Since we are independent of water, our monthly costs for electricity, cable TV and internet are only around $150-170. We are selling our little paradise due to our age.
