It is located at an altitude of 1000 metres and is pleasantly free from the village. In 15 minutes, on a well-maintained mountain road, which is cleared of snow, you can reach the main town (Condove) with all its services and the Susa Valley where there's a reliable and regular train connection to Turin (in 1h20 - 38 minutes by train - you are in the centre). In the hamlet, just 50 metres away, there is a bar/restaurant/shop selling local produce, open 6 days a week all year round, with impressive views of Turin (35 km away). In the surrounding area, which is mountainous but by no means oppressive, there are many authentic Piedmontese villages that are quite lively (yoga and dance classes, a library and lots of hiking opportunities...). The human atmosphere is very friendly and supportive. The location is very quiet (the road ends a few kilometres further up and there is little traffic).
