Our small guesthouse is located on a 20 hectare property with a jungle, its own water source, a small waterfall, lots of animals and wonderful plants. Guest house and separate house, fully furnished. Since we have our own water, we have a natural water pool and a large basin with koi and other ornamental fish. Our house has a large living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, storage room, laundry terrace and bodega, internet and cable TV. Since we are independent of water, our monthly costs for electricity, cable TV and internet are only around $150-170. We are selling our little paradise due to our age.
