Account Status Info

• Active

  The account is healthy. You can add/edit/publish your properties.

  After Property Ad review, the account status may change to one of the statuses described below.

  If account status changes to Active from Suspended, you must save each property to make it listed.

• Suspended

  All properties get unlisted.

  The transition from the Active to Suspended status may occur if any property matches any of the following cases (but not limited to):

  1. Non-relevant Property Location Outline on the map

  2. Property Photos/Images orientation
  Do
  Do not
  3. Property duplicates
  4. Property photos/images with people, watermarks or any other non-relevant content
  5. UPPER CASE, irrelevant, incorrect, misleading, repetitive, etc. Property Description
  6. Non-English primary property/agent/company description

  How to get back to Active account status

  • Fix all content issues
  • Use the Contact Us form with the fixed Property ID(s)

  After review, the account status will transit into Active or Banned status, depending on the moderator's decision.

  In case the issues are not fixed within 30 days, the account and all data will be deleted.

• Banned

  All properties get unlisted and deleted. There is no possibility to add/publish new properties.
