The property is 26 acres covered with its natural vegetation some part bush some part trees it is undeveloped land. Part of the land nearest to the water is low land but the further away from the water the land gets higher. About a mile and a half is the village name Chunox Village, mostly Spanish-speaking people but all understand English. Surrounding the property on the left side is owned by Mennonites and on the right side and surroundings are land owned by local villagers. From Chunox Village going southeast about five miles is the Mennonite community spread out over a large range of land and they mostly do farming, they plant corn, beans, sorghum and other minor crops like tomatoes, cucumbers, cantaloupe, watermelon and more. To the north of the village is a resort by the name of Orchid Bay and crossing by ferry to go to the next village by the name of Copper Bank. In Copper Bank, there is a Maya ruin named Cerros. This property is located in a small country named Belize and is located south of Mexico and east of Guatemala. Belize with coastline and cayes and is comprised of six districts one of which is Corozal, located in the north of Belize. Corozal is comprised of villages, and one of the villages is named Chunox village and the property is located in this village. Most of the villagers do farming on a small scale, some also do fishing. Has waterfront access, no power grid, and electricity can be accessed through a generator or solar system. Can grow crops, raise cattle and much more can be done on this land.
