Glazing: Saint-Gobain ECLAZ, characterized by large light transmission and solar gains providing heating to the house in winter, triple-glazing (two of the glass panels are tempered and 6 mm thick). The glass chambers are filled with argon gas. Doors: each house has PHI-certified front and back doors manufactured by ALUMIL. Air conditioning: Daikin. The following elements are also included in the price: fence, landscaping, automatic watering system, parking space, and electric gate. The preparatory work necessary for the EV charger installation has been already carried out. The gated community has a central water system and a video surveillance system (including security guard patrol). Minor changes can be made upon your request during the concluding stage of construction.
