Property Description Located in the physiographic region known as Northern Chaco, characterized by semi-arid forest vegetation dominated by White Quebracho and Coronillo trees in the upper stratum. The soils belong to the Regosol and Arenosol groups, grayish-brown in color, sandy in texture, with good drainage and moderate fertility.
