Beautiful Visaginas town, surrounded by forests and lakes (are clean and not deep, warm as a tea in the summer for swimming), foxes, rabbits, mooses and dears. People here speak Lithuanian and Russian, the youth speaks English, we also have some Indian people studying here. The town has about 18 000 inhabitants, in the evening is very charming and almost empty, very safe, you can go anywhere in the middle of the night alone. People are friendly, respectful, and very helpful. Kindergarden by the other side of the apartament house, which is located in the city centre, Lidl is 3-5 minutes walk. Multiple shops, which you can see on google maps. The bills are low, only 5-10eu a month for electricity, 15-25 for water, central heating in winter depends on the weather, can be 15-40eu per month, free wifi 24/7 in the sqaure where is Lidl.
